In his early 20s, Deran’s journey into the world of wine was transformative. Despite not being much of a traveler at the time, he found that sampling wines from different regions was like embarking on a journey without leaving the table. Each bottle became a passport to new places, inviting him to explore the terroir and culture through the intricate flavors. Fascinated by the subtle nuances and layers of each wine, he delved into its origins and methods, eager to share his discoveries. Guiding others through tastings, he found joy in unveiling new flavors and fostering appreciation. Witnessing the delight in others’ eyes fueled his passion to educate and inspire.
