Return Policy

Our goal is always to ship your order as quickly as possible, but all products depart from our factory in Portugal and sometimes they take longer than expected to arrive. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us directly at: [email protected] 

Additional notes:

  • If the box of the package is damaged, please do not accept the parcel and notify the e mail address above.
  • If you need to cancel an order after it has been picked up by the freight carrier but before it arrives, you will incur a 15% deduction from the original purchase order.
  • If you require a change of delivery location, you will be responsible for fees the carrier may charge.
  • We do not accept returns of any rooftop tents after they have been delivered or picked up
